I'll miss these shoes. They were with me the first time I walked The Presidio, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. In Tokyo we crossed Shibuya Crossing and danced in Harajuku. I stood in them by Bruce Lee's star, watching the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbour. I wore them last on a stage, covered in paint drops from canvas walls being painted to look like castles. I will miss these shoes.
